Attorney Michael D. Quintero, Esq. is the founder and owner of Quintero Law Firm PLLC. Mr. Quintero has been practicing law since 2011 and is a graduate of the University of Florida Levin College of Law. Prior to founding Quintero Law Firm PLLC in 2020, Mr. Quintero worked for one of the largest First-Party Plaintiff Property Insurance Law Firms in the State of Florida for almost 4 years where he obtained in-depth knowledge of the property insurance industry the legal practice around it.


Since 2017, Mr. Quintero has represented clients in a wide variety of property damage claims including Florida Hurricanes Irma (2017), Michael (2018), Ian (2022), Helene (2024) and Milton (2024), various Tornadoes in the State of Tennessee and Florida, as well as conventional losses due to rain, wind, hail, fire, snow, water leaks, burst pipes, frozen pipes, and mold.


Mr. Quintero has recovered MILLIONS OF DOLLARS in unpaid benefits from insurance companies for his clients.
